Stas’ 5 Year Beer
Stas' asked "Hey, can we just brew Mostly Harmless for my anniversary beer?", so that's pretty much what we did. The base is German Vienna malt and Kolsch yeast. We used all Citra hops on the hot side and the dry hop. The big change was using dried hibiscus flowers at the end of boil, which brings out a dark fruit and cherry character from the beer.
