Say Bye Bye Bye". to your stressful week and join us as we practice yoga, strengthen community and just take a moment to breathe.
Yoga & Chillz is a new monthly event partnership by Yogi Dynamics (a DumplingDudez production) & Eureka Heights Brew Co. This monthly event will feature a yoga class designed to be mindful, fun and energetic. After class you are invited to stay and get to know each other while Eureka Heights provides some rad beer specials. Early sign-ups will be entered into a drawing to win shwag.
This month's theme is 90's hits. So grab your scrunchie, we got the boombox and let's make this event all that and a bag of chips.

Yoga & Chillz is a donation-based yoga class series where 20% of the yoga proceeds will go to a different organization each month. This month we are spotlighting the Greater Houston LGBT Chamber of Commerce. In addition to the class donations, you will receive $2 off draft beer purchases from Eureka Heights. Eureka Heights will also donate 10% of the bar sales that day.
