Industrial taproom at Eureka Heights set up with long tables for a holiday party, corporate event, or private celebration.

Eureka Heights as the Go-to Place to Throw Your Holiday Party in Houston Heights

Planning the holiday party shouldn’t mean weeks of spreadsheets, catering minimums, and praying fifty people don’t zone out in a beige hotel ballroom.

Eureka Heights turns that whole to-do list into a single booking. We handle the venue. We have food trucks. We’ll serve all the good drinks, alcoholic and non-alcoholic. That way, you don’t have to run the event you’re supposed to be enjoying.

Why Choose Eureka Heights for Your Holiday Party Venue

Most party planning goes sideways because of two things: the room takes an immense amount of work to look right, and you are stuck physically running the event once everyone shows up. Booking our brewery takes both of those problems off your hands.

1. An Industrial Taproom That Needs No Decorating

The taproom is an open warehouse floor with high ceilings, exposed ductwork, and long communal tables. It already looks like somewhere you would actually want to throw a party.

We add seasonal lighting and festive accents to match the occasion, but the space stands on its own. You are not forced to spend a weekend buying cheap decorations or fighting a themed restaurant’s aggressive decor just to make the space yours.

2. The On-Site Crew Handles the Heavy Lifting

Our staff manages the heavy lifting. The tables are entirely arranged before your party begins, and everything gets cleared away by our team after you leave. You do not have to drag heavy benches around or stay late stacking chairs while your guests are already home.

3. A Space That Fits Any Group Size

Smaller crowds can secure a semi-private space that perfectly suits a team dinner or a family gathering without stranding everyone in a cavernous hall.

For larger groups, a full brewery buyout opens up the entire floor, giving people plenty of room to move between the bar, the tables, and the arcade games.

4. We Help You Plan the Holiday Party Without the Hassle

To lock this down, all you have to do is send your desired date and your estimated group size through our event reservation page. From there, our events team steps in to coordinate the dedicated space, your drink packages, and the food so you do not have to stress over the details.

“The #1 thing we hear after someone hosts an event at Eureka Heights is how much they loved the entire experience, not just the space. Guests consistently talk about the welcoming, lively, fun atmosphere and how the brewery feels like an instant party the moment you walk in. Hosts also rave about how easy the team is to work with. The team is very helpful, flexible, organized making the booking and planning process smooth from start to finish. Eureka Heights creates a memorable party experience.”

What You Get When You Book the Brewery

1. 22+ Rotating Taps, Wine, Seltzers, and Non-Alcoholic Options

With 22 beers on tap, a mixed crowd naturally sorts itself out. You can easily point your guests toward the right draft line depending on their usual style:

  • For the “I don’t really like beer” guests: Buckle Bunny, a crisp 4.5% cream ale and 2017 Great American Beer Festival gold medalist, or Somethin’ Light, a clean 100-calorie light beer.
  • For the easy-drinking middle: the 713 Pilsner, a 5.1% German-style named for the Houston area code, or Business Casual, a smooth session IPA that won’t wear people out over a long night.
  • For the hop chasers: Mini Boss, a 6.8% IPA packed with tangerine and guava notes from Citra and Mosaic hops, or the tropical Fruity Hazy Haze Juice.
  • For the go-big crowd: The Final Boss series, featuring three distinct 8.4% imperial IPAs for the people treating this like a true celebration.

Beyond our core drafts, the taproom is fully stocked with wine, cider, seltzer-based cocktails, and dedicated non-alcoholic craft beer and sodas. Nobody is stuck nursing tap water, and you can always ask about our special seasonal pours when you book.

2. Food Trucks Out Front and Preferred Catering for Sit-Down Meals

You’ve got two ways to feed the room. A rotating food truck parks out front for people to order through the night, from wood-fired pizza (Satellite of Pizza) to smashburgers (Burger Daddy HTX) to Texas barbecue (Boot Texan Kitchen).

The lineup rotates weekly, so check the live food schedule when you pick your date. Either way, the food is arranged ahead of time, so you’re not on the phone with a vendor while your guests are walking in.

3. Pinball Machines on the Taproom Floor

Every party hits a natural wall where small talk runs thin. Having our pinball machines right on the main taproom floor completely solves that.

Because the arcade setup is integrated directly into the party space rather than tucked away in a back room, guests can easily play a casual round and step right back into the conversation without splitting up the energy of the room.

“The pinball scene at Eureka Heights isn’t your typical setup. It’s a true community hub organized by the Space City Pinball League. They bring people together for regular tournaments, casual games, and themed events that feel more like a social club than a token-churning arcade. It’s inclusive and welcoming, whether you’re flipping for the first time or chasing high scores like a seasoned pro. And because the machines are woven right into the taproom not tucked away in a separate room the pinball becomes part of the overall brewery experience.”

– Rob Eichenlaub, Co-founder of Eureka Heights Brewing Co.

4. A/V Built In for Toasts, Awards, and Year-End Recaps

Toasts and announcements land without a struggle because we provide an on-site microphone and house speakers. Whoever gives a speech can actually be heard over the crowd without shouting.

You can also easily plug into our big screens to run a year-in-review slideshow, photo presentations, or classic memories for the entire room to see.

Frequently Asked Questions

The best holiday party venues in Houston Heights pair a distinctive space with good food, flexible drink options, and something fun for guests to do. A brewery like Eureka Heights covers all of it under one roof. With semi-private spaces, full buyouts, a built-in industrial aesthetic, and pinball on the floor, you do not have to waste time stitching an event together from five separate vendors.

Yes. Eureka Heights regularly hosts office holiday events, corporate Christmas parties, family gatherings, and milestone celebrations. You can easily book a semi-private section for smaller teams or a full brewery buyout for a large company crowd, with custom beverage packages and full A/V access included.

Submit a request through our online event reservation form several weeks in advance. Prime holiday dates fill up fast across the Heights, especially around the end of the year. Reaching out early is the only way to lock in your preferred date, layout, and drink packages before the seasonal calendar completely tightens up.

Our taproom features a dedicated lineup of non-alcoholic beverages and sodas, alongside hard ciders, seltzers, and wine options. Guests who do not drink can fully participate in the entire party experience and join every toast with a proper drink in hand.

Both options work at Eureka Heights. A rotating food truck parks out front for a casual meal, or you can arrange preferred catering for a sit-down spread. Either way, the food is coordinated ahead of time, so you’re not managing a delivery on the day of your party.

If you want to bring specific themed decorations or banners, just coordinate with our events team when you book so we can ensure it works well within the layout. The taproom already has an established industrial, community atmosphere that works right out of the box, but we add seasonal lighting and festive accents depending on the time of year.

Yes. The taproom’s built-in A/V system is explicitly designed for holiday toasts, awards presentations, and year-end recaps. Just let our team know what you have planned during your initial booking so we can have the microphone and big screens prepped and ready to roll.
