Join us on the FIRST Sunday of the month for yoga flow at Eureka Heights Brewery hosted by Houston Yoga Club. Bring a mat and a friend, or come make a new friend as we revitalize and refresh from the weekend with a strong and steady yoga flow and welcome in the new month on a relaxing note. There will be reflection prompts upon arrival and a raffle prize give away post yoga. Treat yourself to an ice cold Eureka Heights beer on tap or to some games of pinball after we’re done moving around the mat. Come connect with other yogis and explore the beauty of this practice yourself! No prior yoga experience is needed, this flow is catered to all levels :) We look forward to seeing you all there!
