ALL THE BEERS!

We took golden ale wort and used Kolsch yeast for fermentation and for that classic holiday ale aroma and flavor we used cinnamon, vanilla, cardamom seeds, nutmeg, ginger, and fresh orange zest. The finished beer is beautiful and golden in color. No one adjunct overpowers another, allowing for an incredibly balanced aroma and nuanced flavor profile. The finish is clean and slightly on the drier side.
